Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

LinkedCRM ("we", "our", "the extension") helps you save LinkedIn profiles into personal lists and track your follow-ups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it's protected.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in, we use Google OAuth to authenticate you. We receive your name, profile picture and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

LinkedIn profile data

When you click "Save to LinkedCRM" on a LinkedIn profile page, we capture the name, headline, company, profile URL, and profile image already visible on that page at that moment. This only happens when you actively choose to save a profile — we do not collect data from profiles you view but don't save, and the extension does not run in the background or collect data across LinkedIn automatically.

Content you create

Any lists, priority labels, notes, and interaction logs (such as "Viewed Profile," "Sent DM," or "Meeting," along with their timestamps) that you add are stored so you can track your relationship history with each contact.

How we use this information

We use the information above solely to provide the core functionality of LinkedCRM: letting you save contacts, organize them into lists, and see when you last interacted with someone so you know when to follow up. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that only you can view or modify your contacts, lists, and interaction history — no other user of LinkedCRM can access your data.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual contacts or interaction entries at any time from the dashboard. If you delete your account, all associated data — including saved contacts, lists, notes, and interaction history — is permanently deleted.

Cookies and Local Storage

We read "strictly necessary" authentication cookies from our companion dashboard website to provide a Single Sign-On experience, keeping you securely logged into the extension. We use browser local storage to save your session token and an anonymous identifier for analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics and Telemetry

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data to help us understand how people use our extension and CRM dashboard (e.g., which buttons are clicked or which tabs are viewed). We do not send any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or LinkedIn profile data to Google Analytics.

Third-party services

We use Google for authentication and analytics, and Supabase for data storage. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices. We do not share your data with any other third party.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
